- 5+ years of managing day to day onsite construction activities
- Experience creating and maintaining schedule, project scope and budgeting analysis, for all day to day construction activities
- Ensures compliance with project requirements
- Allocates resources and set schedules to accomplish objectives
- Builds strong relationships with customers, clients, vendors, and employees
- Ensures that compliance obligations are being meet and overall project performance is in excellent standing
- Participates in project reviews and readjusts resources and schedules to accomplish project objectives
