• 5+ years of managing day to day onsite construction activities
• Experience creating and maintaining schedule, project scope and budgeting analysis, for all day to day construction activities
• Ensures compliance with project requirements
• Allocates resources and set schedules to accomplish objectives
• Builds strong relationships with customers, clients, vendors, and employees
• Ensures that compliance obligations are being meet and overall project performance is in excellent standing
• Participates in project reviews and readjusts resources and schedules to accomplish project objectives
