Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee our multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong background in residential construction project supervision and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all phases of multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and labor resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and reports to track progress and performance.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process promptly and efficiently.
Technical Aspects Of LA Project
- Separate adjacent residential podiums built concurrently.
- Located in Los Angeles along Bundy Drive at the Expo/ Bundy train station and the Santa Monica
- Freeway. The project lot is 127,332 SF site area in (3) blocks.
- Previously 22 single family homes. Site will require extensive OH conversion and utility and telecom relocation.
- 3 podiums, 8 floors of residential will be constructed (3 stories Type I below 5 stories Type III) over 2 levels of below grade garage; 276,744 total SF of parking garage
- 621 residential units.
- High end Amenities along with lobby, leasing, fitness, and Clubhouse.
- 535 SF retail space at the prominent corner of Expo and Bundy.
- Elevated courtyards, with pools located at 2200 and 2300 Bundy.
Technical Aspects Of Seattle, WA Project
- Overlake-Seattle, WA
- 573 residential units
- Eight story building
- Five levels of type III wood frame construction
- Over 3 levels of type I above grade, two levels below grade, concrete construction
- Podium
- 6400 sq. ft. of retail
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in residential construction project supervision, specifically in multifamily projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with clients.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
