Location: San Jose (onsite 5 days a week)

with occasional travel to sites to NY and TX as needed

6-18 month contract (hopes to convert to direct hire)

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of construction project management for industrial facilities, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and/or fire protection projects
• Mechanical systems-focused background, within the MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) industry
• Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
• Experience with project tracking software (i.e. MS Project)
• Experience with modifications, renovations and upgrades vs. new construction projects
