Position Summary :
As a Marketing Specialist focused on social media, email marketing and events, you’ll play a pivotal role in engaging our audience, driving traffic, and growing our community. You’ll craft compelling content, manage campaigns, and analyze performance to continuously optimize our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Create engaging, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Plan and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep At Fault’s presence fresh and relevant.
- Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a strong sense of community.
- Collaborate with the team to run promotions, giveaways, and live events.
Email Marketing
- Develop and execute email campaigns to promote events, specials, and announcements.
- Write compelling subject lines and email content that drive engagement.
- Segment email lists for targeted campaigns and personalized messaging.
- Track and analyze email performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms to measure campaign success.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Use insights to recommend improvements and strategies for better results.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the events and operations teams to promote upcoming activities and specials.
- Coordinate with designers and photographers to produce high-quality visuals.
- Partner with influencers or local communities to amplify our brand message.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media and email marketing (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong writing and editing skills with a creative flair.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics.
- Passion for storytelling and creating engaging content.
- Interest in pickleball or the eatertainment industry is a plus!
