Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

LHH is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our clients team in Dallas, Texas. This candidate will be responsible for digital marketing campaign and strategy ensuring consistent engagement with our audience while managing projects that align with strategic vision.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
• Oversee and coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery and success
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to enhance effectiveness
• Maintain and refine communication strategies ensuring alignment with brand messaging and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in email and SMS marketing , including planning, execution, and analysis.
• Familiarity in tools like Asana, Monday.com , or equivalent.
• comfortable working with cross-departmental teams.
• Analytical mindset

The role is hybrid in Dallas, Texas.
