Trillium Construction is now seeking an Electrical Safety Manager for direct hire in the Eau Claire, WI area for a National Electrical Contractor.

The Electrical Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing electrical safety programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies. This role involves evaluating electrical systems, identifying potential hazards, developing safety protocols, and providing training to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Program Development:

-Develop and implement comprehensive electrical safety policies and procedures.

-Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and other relevant safety standards.

-Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate electrical hazards.

Inspections and Audits:

-Perform inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and facilities to identify non-compliance or unsafe conditions.

-Lead periodic safety audits and recommend corrective actions as needed
