Sales Engineer
Our manufacturing client is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their Millville, NJ team.
The Sales Engineer is a newly created position that will report to the VP of Sales and will be responsible for delivering operational, strategic, and technical solutions aimed at driving business growth and meeting customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with sales team on development of client demands resolutions
- Assisting clients and service team with new products development
- Presenting new clients with products aimed at delivering increased operational values
- Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships
- Providing sales and operational teams with order fulfillment, project management, and quoting support
- Utilizing organizational CRM to analyze data and track client development and engagement
Skills/ Competencies:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering and 3-5 years sales experience, or 5+ years life science market industry sales engineer experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
- Ability to work effectively both independently as well as in a team oriented environment
- Microsoft Office and sales software proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
Additional Details:
Salary: to $110k
Employment Type: Permanent, Direct Hire
Travel: 75%
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
