Key Responsibilities:

• Lead physical design efforts for low-power, multi-hierarchy ASICs, focusing on advanced technology nodes.
• Drive the implementation of backend design tasks from Netlist to GDSII, including logical synthesis, floor planning, place and route, timing analysis, and physical verification.
• Resolve design issues related to placement, routing, clock tree synthesis, and power/clock optimizations using EDA tools.
• Deliver designs that meet performance, power, and timing targets while managing constraints effectively.
• Work closely with the digital design and DFT teams to integrate IPs, address timing and congestion issues, and provide feedback on physical design decisions.
• Automate key design processes through scripting to improve productivity and design quality.
