We are hiring a Recruiter to support a well-known boutique grocery store in Bellevue, WA . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with high volume recruitment experience, especially within a retail/grocery setting. This position is temporary with potential for extension/conversion to a full-time, permanent role.

Location : Bellevue, WA (onsite)

Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour

Duration : ASAP- March, with strong potential for extension

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm

Job Duties

• Responsible for sourcing, screening and placing candidates in temporary positions.
• Qualify talent for short-term needs such as seasonal workload surges, special projects, and covering absences.
• Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates skills, experience and suitability for temporary roles.
• Collaborate closely with Supermarket staff to understand needs, including job requirements and desired skill sets
• Develop and post engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and job expectations
• Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations related to temporary staffing.
