Loan Servicing Representative II

Hybrid – Des Moines, IA

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM

18-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $21.50/hr.

Calculated Hire is in search of a Loan Servicing Representative II for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:

Job Description:

• Support Loan Servicing: seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures.
• Perform routine transactional support tasks.
• Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues.
• Interact with client personnel on basic information.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
