Job Duties
- Provide strategic leadership for all construction operations and project management
- Drive business development and maintain key client relationships
- Oversee project execution from pre-construction through completion
- Lead and develop high-performing project teams
- Manage project financials, budgets and resource allocation
- Ensure quality, safety and schedule requirements are met
- Balance operational and sales responsibilities
- Maintain 15-20 concurrent projects ranging from $2-15M
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Mentor and develop staff
Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction/project management leadership experience required
- Proven track record in construction sales and business development
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Experience managing large-scale commercial projects ($2M-15M range)
- Background in design-build delivery methods preferred
- Knowledge of pre-engineered steel and various construction types
- Ability to relocate to Rochester area (relocation assistance provided)
