Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with large organization is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in benefits software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
