JOB DETAILS:

• Partner with Employee Relations Managers and/or other DG departments to guide or conduct in-depth investigations on employee relations issues
• Manages team development by assessing department needs, identifying gaps and planning appropriate steps to provide training for departmental requirements.
• Conduct all District Manager investigations
• Represent Dollar General in legal proceedings.
• Analyze trends and provide direction to ER Managers as they communicate trends, provide training and show their footprint to the regions they support

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Five years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, Dispute Resolution, or other related field.
• Two+ years of leading a team of 2 or more HR professionals
