Role : Senior HR Manager
Location : Chesapeake, Virginia (4 days a week onsite)
Salary : $120,000
A global software leader is offering the opportunity for a Senior HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will act as a hands-on employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.
Responsibilities of the Senior HR Manager:
- Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
- Hands-on management of a 4 person HR team
- Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization internationally
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
Requirements of the Senior HR Manager:
- 3+ years' of Corporate experience leading an HR team
- HR management experience at an international company
- Drive to be hands-on with management of an HR team
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
The team are offering a comprehensive package for this role, including a salary of $120,000+, a bonus, healthcare, dental, vision, and 401k. They ideally need someone who is happy to work in their office in Chesapeake, Virginia 4 days a week.
