Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid)

Salary: $100k - $130k

A high-growth startup in the casino technology space is seeking a skilled Technical Lead to spearhead the development of innovative solutions in the igaming sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company's backend architecture while mentoring the team and collaborating with leadership to bring ground-breaking ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Lead:

• Oversee the design, development, and optimization of high-performance backend systems.

• Partner with the VP of IT to align technology strategy with business objectives.

• Lead the creation and enhancement of APIs and microservices, ensuring scalability and reliability.

• Evaluate and refactor existing systems to improve efficiency and maintainability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and innovative solutions.

• Provide leadership and technical guidance to the development team.

Key Requirements of the Technical Lead:

• Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as C++, .NET Core, C#, Python, Java, or similar.

• 3–5 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading technical projects or teams.

• Demonstrated ability to design and maintain complex systems in a fast-paced environment.

• Startup mindset with a willingness to adapt and contribute beyond defined responsibilities.

• Experience in the casino management or igaming industry is a strong plus but not mandatory.
