POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our team is currently looking for a Corporate Recruiter for a client in the Oil and Gas Industry.


This position is Hybrid, requiring 3 days in the Dallas office.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates for a diverse range of positions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to adapt strategies as needed.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations during the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and external recruiting agencies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and recommendations to guide decision-making.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics to track hiring metrics, measure effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on recruiting activities, key metrics, and hiring outcomes for leadership review.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years recruitment experience upstream, midstream and chemicals
  • Strong customer service skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of organization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office applications and applicant tracking systems.
  • Flexible and creative with a positive, high-energy attitude.
  • Social media recruiting skills.
  • Understanding of federal and state employment laws.
