Job Description
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the full recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and facilitating communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Onboarding: Support new hires by coordinating onboarding activities, preparing orientation materials, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Employee Records Management: Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by assisting in the organization and execution of company events, surveys, and other activities aimed at enhancing workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • HR Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, managing HR databases, and assisting with various HR-related tasks as needed.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that HR processes and documentation are in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Assist in preparing for audits and ensuring all HR practices are up-to-date.
