Role: HR Business Partner
Location: Stamford, CT
Hybrid: Predominantly remote with flexibility to go into the Stamford office a few times per month (must be based within a 50-mile radius of Stamford)
Compensation range: Up to $124k base salary plus bonus

The firm is looking for an HR Business Partner to support a business unit in their Stamford office. The role will function as a true strategic partner to their business, working in a center of excellence model, to support with:
- Employee relations
- Recruitment and employee retention
- Workforce planning and organizational development
- Succession planning
- Compensation and benefits
- Improving people processes
The team is looking for someone who is strategic and proactive rather than reactive and is comfortable leaning in with executives to influence the business. This is a great opportunity to make an impact, work on projects, innovate, and drive change!
Key requirements:
- 4 - 10 years' experience within HR
- Must have worked within a center of excellent model
- Experience working within a fast-paced and high-growth environment
- Experience working within a financial or professional services firm
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be based within a 50-mile radius of Stamford, CT
