Seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Dollarama L.P.
About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee daily retail store operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales floor activities. In the absence of the Store Manager, the successful candidate will act as Manager on Duty (MOD), maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in the retail industry, with expertise in team management, merchandising, and inventory control. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities - Oversight of daily store operations, including sales floor activities and customer service
- Inventory management and control, ensuring accurate stock levels and prompt resupply
- Maintenance of established merchandising practices, driving visual displays and product presentation
- Participation in recruitment and training activities for new employees
