The Job!
As a Business Development Representative, you will be a vital part of their ambitious sales team, driving the promotion of their exceptional services to small and medium-sized businesses. You'll be responsible for outbound calls, appointment generation, and nurturing relationships.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:
- Conduct outbound calls daily and coordinate appointments for Account Managers.
- Collaborate with an Account Manager to sell the client’s services to businesses across Canada.
- Schedule sales opportunities and work with the team to generate new business and revenue growth.
- Build and manage a daily pipeline for successful sales.
What You Bring to the Job
- Previous cold calling sales experience preferred.
- Eagerness to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- High level of drive, hunger for success, and a strong work ethic.
- Team player with a competitive spirit.
- Grit, determination, and excellent people skills.
- B2B or B2C sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
