BILINGUAL MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

The Job!
You will provide front-line support within the Member Service Department processing transactions, including membership applications, meeting registrations, and product orders. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responds to member inquiries, maintains database accuracy, and organizes records.
- Administer specific programs, such as professional development seminars or membership retention initiatives.
- Perform timely retention calls.
- Contribute to policy implementation and special projects.
- Occasionally cover reception duties.
- Support member growth and retention through exceptional customer service.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Handle over 60,000 transactions and 45,000 inquiries annually.
What you bring to the job
You are someone who knows how to communicate with diverse audiences and loves to collaborate with a team. You stay calm when under pressure and come with the following qualifications and skills:
- Fluency in English and French.
- College diploma (preferably in Business Administration).
- At least one year of customer service and data entry experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and aptitude for working with numbers.
- Knowledge of the iMIS database is an asset.
- Prioritizes member needs and ensures satisfaction with timely, effective responses.
- Delivers accurate, high-quality results that reflect well on the organization.
- Demonstrates ethical behavior and maintains confidentiality.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience with data entry, database management, and membership or record processing.
- Familiarity with accounting processes and the iMIS database (preferred).
