Job Title: Wintel Level 2 / Level 3 support Specialist
Location: Toronto, ON, 2 days onsite/week
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Pay Rate: $60-65/hr
- 3 to 5 years’ experience with Wintel Level 2 / Level 3 support and troubleshooting (Desktop/Laptops/VDIs/Cloud Devices)
- Proficiency in Powershell scripting is essential – we will want to hear about /see some examples of what they did
- Our mandate :create fully automated scripts (Data Collection/Endpoint Remediation) to address various scenarios e.g. Device Health Check, Compliance, Apps/Services monitoring…
- Scripts will be operationalized mainly via Lakeside\ Systrack or Intune
- SQL experience
- Good knowledge of AD, SCCM, Intune, SysTrack
