Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to help manage inventory records and support the reordering process. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and knowledge about inventory management.
Responsibilities:
· Data Entry: Accurately input inventory data into spreadsheets and systems using Excel.
· Inventory Tracking: Maintain and update inventory records to reflect stock levels.
· Reordering: Monitor stock levels and assist with placing orders when inventory is low.
· Reports: Generate basic inventory reports and highlight any discrepancies.
· General Support: Assist with other administrative tasks related to inventory management.
Requirements:
· Experience: Previous data entry or inventory management experience preferred.
· Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, sorting).
· Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
· Communication: Basic written and verbal communication skills.
