Job description
Handle customer contact from any contact point including phone, chat, online registration, emails, or call back requests and other channels that may be assigned
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Actively offer our premium courses and services when appropriate
Maintain customer information for potential customers in our database for follow up
Update other customer information into system when required
Other job responsibilities assigned by the management.
