Pay Rate: $21/hour, $31.50/hour overtime pay
- Averaging $1,200-1,400 per WEEK
Shift: Monday-Saturday, rotating 11PM-7AM / 7AM -3PM / 3PM -11PM
Shift differential - $1 for 2nd shift, $1.50 for 3rd shift

Key Responsibilities: - Maintain inventory by labeling and storing materials.
- Safely locate, pull, and verify materials for production orders.
- Prepare raw materials for production, ensuring accurate setup.
- Work as a team to complete production setups and ensure seamless job transitions.
- Stitch and connect raw materials.
- Visually inspect raw and finished coils for defects like dents or scratches.
- Package coils per customer specifications.
- Operate or assist with forklift operations to transport materials safely.
Job Requirements: - Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic mathematics.
- Experience with basic measurements and comfort using a calculator.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.) for extended periods.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
