Location: San Jose, CA/Monterey, CA

Billable Requirement: 1500 hrs(minimum)

Compensation: $140k - 200k + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive case analysis.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California and in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience in civil litigation.
