Job Description

I'm working on an exclusive basis with a Design, Development and Construction company in Las Vegas who need Architects and Interior Designers (also Project Managers) with a background in Hospitality to work in-office on a very broad array of High End (4-5 star) Hospitality projects at their Las Vegas office. Everything from 10,000 sq ft conference venues to $5.25 billion dollar ground up new build hotels in the US and across the Emirates.

They are looking for both Junior-Mid level candidates through to Senior and can also offer relocation assistance on top of a salary for a Senior Designer of around $100-135,000 (potentially more for those with the right hospitality backgrounds) and a bonus of around 5% of salary.

They can also offer a vast portfolio of hospitality work and the opportunity to specialize and progress in any field of Hospitality that secures your interest - they have a low staff turnover and are looking to secure the employment of candidates who will continue to help them drive the building of the best buildings possible.

Please note, this role will require 100% in-office working

* Must have recently completed (with-in the past 24 months) significant resort hospitality projects through construction administration with field and project closeout experience
Preferred:
* International project and/or client experience within the past three years
* Four and/or Five Star resort hospitality or residential experience
* Strong previous peer consultant relationships based on successful project experience and trust
* NCARB Architectural registration and/or NCIDQ Interior Design accreditation
