Sr. Biomarker Sample Associate

1 Year Contract | Hybrid/Onsite | Must be in San Diego

Comp: $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Bioanalytics and Translational Medicine teams to select and oversee central and bioanalytical vendors in alignment with AnaptysBio SOPs.
• Partner with clinical study teams to design and implement clinical bioanalytical, biomarker, and bioassay strategies for study protocols.
• Plan and manage bioanalytical and biomarker sample collection processes, including lab manual creation, kit development, shipping instructions, and logistics coordination.
• Coordinate and oversee operational activities for bioanalytical and biomarker testing, from sample collection to data analysis, delivery, and archiving, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor bioanalytical and biomarker sample testing timelines, addressing or escalating issues as necessary to meet study goals.
• Maintain accurate sample inventory and tracking systems for all clinical studies.
• Ensure long-term archiving of bioanalytical and biomarker samples post-study closure.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational questions related to bioanalytical and biomarker clinical samples, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in clinical study team meetings to coordinate sample management activities.
• Prepare study-specific training materials and assist in clinical site training as needed.
