With that successful growth we’ve recently moved to a great new office in Watertown, MA and are continuing to promote our team members into senior level positions.

We are looking for a focused, driven individual to grow our North Carolina territory. This person will report directly to the division director but will run a full desk until their business has grown sufficiently to support their own team.

Benefits :

• Base Salary plus Uncapped Commissions
• Year-End Performance-Based Bonuses ranging from $1K-$55K

Responsibilities:

• Managing and expanding business with existing clients as well as developing new clients in North Carolina and South Carolina.
• Building out a new book of business of biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in North Carolina and South Carolina.
• Evaluating existing sales list while expanding new client prospects by utilizing territory specific channels.
• Making cold calls to perspective hiring managers, business partners, TA and HR representatives within the Biotech/Pharmaceutical/Life Science space to sell ClinLab’s contract and permanent staffing services.
• Running a full desk by splitting time between the sales function (including but not limited to: Cold Calling, marketing emails, LinkedIn Messaging, and the recruiting process (including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating salaries and payrates).

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree with previous experience working in talent acquisition and or a staffing agency environment.
• Onsite presence is required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in our Watertown MA location.
