Role Overview

We’re seeking a Sales Director to join our Houston, TX office. In this full-time, on-site position, you’ll be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets while managing and mentoring a team of account executives. You’ll lead by example, driving the sales process from demo to close , ensuring both personal and team success in meeting and exceeding quotas.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Excellence: Drive the overall sales strategy, manage your own sales pipeline, and close deals with mid- and large-enterprise customers.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of high-performing account executives, ensuring they meet individual and team quotas. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.
  • SaaS Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of SaaS sales methodologies to refine processes and deliver consistent, scalable results.
  • Trade Show Leadership: Represent PriceEasy at industry trade shows to drive brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals and contribute to strategic planning.


Qualifications
  • SaaS Experience: Minimum of 5 years in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of closing accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 3 years managing a sales team, with demonstrated success in coaching and achieving team quotas.
  • Sales Acumen: Exceptional ability to communicate value propositions, navigate complex sales cycles, and drive deals to close.
  • Goal-Oriented: Adept at working with an annual sales target of 12x your base salary, with an uncapped commission structure.
  • In-Person Commitment: This is an on-site role in Houston, TX. Applicants must be willing to work from the office 100% of the time.

  • Compensation
    • OTE: $200,000 - $300,000
    • Base Salary: $80,000 - $150,000
    • Commission: Uncapped at 8% on deals you close
