We are seeking a results-driven Paid Marketing Manager with expertise in product campaigns to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center , Google Analytics , and a proven track record of managing and optimizing product-focused campaigns (not search campaigns). A strong understanding of how SEO, ads, backlinks, and website categorization contribute to an effective digital marketing strategy is critical. You will be responsible for driving product visibility, ensuring campaign performance, and aligning strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize product campaigns with a primary focus on Google Shopping.
- Manage and maintain Google Merchant Center , ensuring accurate and up-to-date product feeds.
- Utilize Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and make data-driven optimizations.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to integrate SEO strategies into paid marketing efforts, including backlinks and site categorization.
- Continuously monitor and improve campaign metrics to maximize ROI and drive product sales.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align paid strategies with overall marketing and business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in shopping campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and optimizing product campaigns (not search campaigns) with measurable success.
- Extensive experience with Google Merchant Center and Google Analytics .
- Strong understanding of how SEO, website categorization, and backlinks support paid marketing strategies.
- Experience in a warehouse, retail, or e-commerce retail environment .
- Proficiency in Google Workspace , HubSpot , or other CRM software is preferred.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform campaign decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Education:
- A degree in Marketing, Business , or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce marketing or similar industries.
- Familiarity with other shopping platforms, such as Facebook Shopping or Bing Shopping.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Google Analytics are a plus.
