A Leading Automotive Supplier in Shepherdsville, Kentucky needs a B and C Crew Maintenance Supervisor.

• C Crew Shift Hours are 6 AM to 4 PM Friday & Saturday and 6 PM to 4 AM on Sunday & Monday.
• B Crew Shift Hours are 6 PM to 4 AM Tuesday thru Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This Position will Lead & Supervise a Team of Maintenance Technicians on C Crew Shift - Friday & Saturday Days and Sunday & Monday Nights.
• Direct accountability for overseeing the maintenance of the manufacturing plant, including machine, tools and all equipment necessary for the daily operations.
• Maintain and issues daily job assignments, record and evaluate the results of Preventative Maintenance information.
• Provide assistance to departments requiring maintenance needs or assistance.
• Responsible for OSHA programs related to maintenance, MSDS management, and Environmental regulations.
• Provide design assistance to the manufacture of fixtures, machines, tools, and the seat assembles.
• Adjust schedules of equipment maintenance, and maintains records that insure that all equipment will be kept maintained and serviced.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Undergraduate Degree in Engineering with a minimum of two years supervisor experience or an equivalent combination of Education and work Experience required.
• Previous Maintenance Supervision Experience in an Automotive Manufacturing Plant.
• A high level of analytical ability is required to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Must be proficient with computer software applications in word processing and spreadsheets.
• Excellent verbal and written skills required.
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and present information to suppliers, management, employees, and co-workers.
• Previous Automotive Manufacturing experience is Required.
