Our client, a provider of sales and service for printing equipment to multiple markets, is seeking to add an Electro Mechanical Technician to their growing team. This Direct Hire position will perform a wide variety of electro-mechanical work and or supervise outside contractors in the installation and repair of electrical equipment.

Essential Elements

Read and interpret layouts and schematics.

Determine or diagnose unusual conditions: improper operation and/or faulty or defective material/equipment during installations or repair. Take necessary action to trouble shoot or repair.

Understanding of Servo Drives, DC Drives, AC Drives, Printing functions, Safety functions, Industrial control logic, Control power, etc..

Understanding of Mechanical Assembly Drawings and General repair techniques.

Communicate effectively in person and over the phone.

Proficient in Microsoft office suite of products.

Travel to customer sites to perform required duties.

Other Skills /Duties

Industrial Automation experience, PLC’s, General Electrical and Mechanical Ability

Siemens, Bosch Rexroth Controls experience

Printing Experience – Screen printing and or Digital Printing preferred

Training and Installation experience
