Pay Rate: $45-55 per hour
Our client, a renewables organization, is looking for an HRIS Analyst to add to their team!
HRIS Analyst Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Rippling platform to support HR functions (payroll, benefits, onboarding, time management, etc.).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data within Rippling.
- Perform regular audits and resolve data discrepancies.
- Create and generate custom reports and dashboards to track HR metrics and compliance.
- Ensure Rippling generates required legal and regulatory reports.
- Proactively evaluate and identify opportunities to automate workflows across all aspects of HR processes, including but not limited to onboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and compliance reporting.
- Provide technical support to HR staff and end-users on Rippling functionality.
HRIS Analyst Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role, with hands-on experience managing Rippling (or similar HRIS platforms like Workday, ADP, etc.).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Payroll, IT, Finance) to ensure smooth system integration.
- Experience with HR compliance, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ACA, EEOC).
- High level of organizational skills, time management and problem solving
