I am currently working with a boutique law firm in Chicago who are actively looking to recruit a senior attorney or partner who specializes in securities litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• This role will assist with a broad array of matters, including sophisticated and complex litigation cases.
• Represent clients in financial services matters.
• Assist a broad array of clients including governmental and regulatory agencies and private investors.
• Act as counsel in numerous and varied securities matters, including complex litigation and class actions.
• Appear in court for motions and pre-hearing proceedings.
• Develop new clients through networking.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of Illinois.
• 4+ years of experience in complex litigation matters, including securities litigation.
• Strong business development skills.
