Key Responsibilities:

• Assist SLPs in delivering therapy services to students with speech and language needs.
• Support the implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Prepare therapy materials and document student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure effective support.
• Maintain compliance with IEP goals and reporting requirements.
• Ensure a safe and positive therapy environment.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent.
• Active Illinois SLPA License required.
• Experience working in a school-based setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEP implementation and collaboration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
