Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for healthcare applications
• Fine-tune open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific healthcare use cases
• Develop and optimize conversational AI agents to enhance patient interactions
• Create and maintain agentic workflows from conception to deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into our product ecosystem
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, particularly in healthcare applications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing ML products and pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with NLP techniques and working with LLMs
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications in healthcare
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML deployment
