This is a project manager position that is needed to aid in the deployment of EPIC-HP24 SaaS to the enterprise Physician Partners, Acute and Vivo Pharmacy sites.Plans, manages, and coordinates project activities to ensure goals and objectives of multiple and large projects are accomplished within prescribed timeframe and funding parameters. Establishes timelines and ensures project deadlines are met. Maintains integrity and cost containment of projects.
Responsibilities
• Plans, manages, and coordinates projects and ensures project initiatives and timelines are met. Develops project artifacts (workplans & status reports.
• Defines, documents, tracks and manages action items, assigning ownership of action items, creates project timetables in excel workplan, and tracks execution deliverables within workplan & update status reports/dashboards to reflect the up to date status on a weekly basis.
• Prepares, presents, and distributes project status and status reports as needed.
• Evaluates, plans, and monitors execution of project deliverables by extensive coordination with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to other project managers on the team, program managers, application subject matter experts, technical networking team, finance team, training team, vendors and site stakeholders as needed.
• Adheres to project management methodology established by the program, ensures deadlines are met/develops with appropriate mitigation plans to meet required delivery timelines.
• Conducts timely escalations for issues that arise for appropriate resolution.
• Conducts onsite assessments to document and determine project needs; conducts review of assessment with program managers.
• Coordinates networking needs of each site in scope and manages the networking resources schedule accordingly with the programming team
• Conducts testing of payment devices at onsite locations in preparation to deliver a smooth go live
• Ensure proper documentation of data required by project team members to ensure smooth execution of those functions
• Ensures the coordination of hardware installation within prescribed timeline
• Ensures and conducts onsite coordination and conducts thorough testing of all new hardware per the implementation requirements
• Ensures and conducts onsite presence for support during go live deployments
• Ensures availability of performance measurement data for review and analysis; evaluates and drives risk management process improvements, efficiencies, and workflow enhancements.
• Partners with management, identifies end user education, training program and services
• Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.
Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, required
