Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Chef, Executive Chef, or similar leadership role within a high-end restaurant group or multi-unit environment
- Proven expertise in menu development, recipe standardization, and maintaining exceptional quality across multiple locations
- Strong skills in cost control, inventory management, and sourcing premium ingredients
- Ability to train, mentor, and develop kitchen teams, ensuring consistent culinary standards
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and San Francisco health and safety standards
