Qualifications Non-Negotiables - Minimum 3 years as a Sous Chef in a comparable restaurant handling at least 400 covers daily
- Experience in:
- Menu development (active involvement in creating seasonal menus)
- Ordering and payroll management
- Being bilingual (Spanish)
- Hands-on work and willingness to learn all stations
- Showing proactivity during service
- Exceptional knife skills (all fabrication is done on-site)
- Working in a chef-driven restaurant
Responsibilities - Learning and executing all stations
- Expediting over 500 covers per service
- Admin responsibilities
- Manage team of 25
