1. Previous experience in maintenance, calibration, or a related technical field is beneficial.
2. Experience in a regulated cGMP environment is beneficial.
3. Good documentation skills to ensure compliance with GMP requirements
Responsibilities:
- Calibration: Perform calibration on various instruments and equipment to ensure accu-racy and compliance with industry standards.
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on GMP equipment to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, calibration results, and equipment performance for regulatory compliance and future reference.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with machinery, tools, or instruments to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Coordinate and interact with suppliers/vendors for work and materials as it pertains to support activities within the facility.
- Review supplier documentation to ensure it meets quality standards and conforms to local guidance.
Qualifications:
- Education: HS Diploma required
- 1-3 year's relevant experience
- Experience in a regulated cGMP environment is beneficial.
