Job Description

We are seeking an experienced B2B Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead client relationships and drive measurable success for SweepLift’s innovative B2B Growth Marketing Solutions. This role focuses on combining performance marketing with data-driven strategy to deliver high-quality leads, advance Ideal Customer Persona (ICP) development, and scale ROI-focused campaigns for long-term growth.


As the primary point of contact for 10–15 B2B clients, the CSM will manage account relationships, ensure seamless communication, and align internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. This role requires a collaborative approach to strategy, creative development, and campaign execution, leveraging the SweepLift platform and proven methodologies to deliver impactful results.


Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy Development
  • Serve as the main point of contact for 10–15 B2B clients, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and present next steps.
  • Actively manage daily client communications, ensuring transparency, trust, and proactive resolution of challenges.
Strategic Marketing Development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine the client’s ICP, focusing on segmentation, prioritization, and enrichment using behavioral and intent data.
  • Partner with creative strategists to develop messaging frameworks that resonate with specific ICP segments and drive campaign success.
  • Work with creative teams to design and execute campaigns tailored to client goals, emphasizing scalability and ROI.
Campaign Management and Optimization
  • Oversee the setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid social, and paid search channels.
  • Leverage SweepLift’s platform to analyze campaign performance, implement data-driven improvements, and scale winning strategies.
  • Ensure the integration of performance marketing and market research insights to continuously enhance ICP documentation, messaging, and creative strategies.
Team Collaboration and Coordination
  • Align internal teams, including data specialists, creative strategists, and campaign managers, to execute client deliverables effectively.
  • Document meeting outcomes and track tasks in project management tools like monday.com to ensure timely completion.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 10–15 B2B clients, building trust and ensuring alignment on objectives to deliver value and drive customer success and retention.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to present insights, review campaign performance, and align on strategy.
  • Ensure all client deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
Key Qualifications
Experience
  • 3–5 years in B2B customer success, account management, or marketing strategy roles, ideally in demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering measurable marketing success.
Skills
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, including ICP development, messaging frameworks, and creative strategy.
  • Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities to oversee complex, cross-functional campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill insights and recommendations for both clients and internal teams.
Technical Expertise
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Lemlist, and HubSpot CRM.
  • Familiarity with monday.com or similar project management tools for task tracking and reporting.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills for data analysis and reporting.
