I am working with a great family law firm looking to bring on a family law paralegal/legal assistant hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlements and marital agreements.

• Conduct legal research.

• Draft legal forms and pleadings.

Experience:

• 4+ years as a paralegal in family law.

• Court filings and drafting experience.

• Assist with pleadings, trial notes, and exhibit binders.

Role:

• 2 days onsite in San Ramon, CA and 3 days working from home.

• This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $85,000 to $105,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
