Responsibilities:

• State and federal e-filing.

• E-discovery and trial experience.

• Preparing exhibit binders.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in litigation.

• Trial prep.

• State and federal filing experience.

Role:

• Paralegal certificate.

• 100% onsite in Oakland, CA.

• Litigation defense background preferred.
