This role is onsite in Miami 5 days a week.

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a risk manager, preferably construction industry
• Experience placing insurance programs and familiarity with insurance compliance tracking systems
• Experience with construction risk transfer
• Review and analysis of operating agreements to ensure compliance with insurance requirements and to assess alternative insurance options
• Responsible for subcontractor insurance compliance and corresponding risk transfer
