JOB TITLE: Application Support Analyst III: Epic Willow Inventory Specialist Analyst
EMPLOYMENT TYPE/DURATION: Always a 13 week assignment – with possibility to extend. Project will take between 12-16 months.
COMPENSATION : $65- $73/hour
LOCATION DETAILS :100% remote

- Must have 3 years minimum relevant experience.
- All candidates will require the inventory certifications and 340b, DSCSA and/or GL experience.
- Previous Inventory Implementation Experience.
- Cert requirement: Willow and Inventory, both are required.
- Client will not be providing equipment. Must use their own equipment and remotely log into network.
- Interviews will start scheduling in mid-January 2025.
Epic Willow Inpatient Inventory Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epic Willow Inpatient Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in implementing Epic Inventory across our hospitals and clinics. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge in pharmacy systems, with certifications and some experience in Epic Willow Inpatient and Epic Willow Inpatient Inventory. This position requires a professional who can effectively collaborate with IS team and operational partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Inpatient Inventory modules.
- Assist in the successful execution of go-live events for Willow Inpatient and Clinic Inventory systems.
- Help ensure the integration of Omnicell and Swiss log Box Picker systems with Epic to enhance pharmacy operations.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Willow Inpatient and Inventory-related issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacy workflows and improve patient care.
Required Qualifications:
- Willow Inpatient Certification.
- Willow Inpatient Inventory Certification.
- Experience contributing to successful go-live events for Willow Inpatient Inventory.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with 340B program compliance and optimization.
- Familiarity with Omnicell or Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets and Epic integration.
- Understanding of Swisslog BoxPicker Epic integration.
- Background in medication procurement.
