Our client, a growing organization recently acquired by a private equity firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to take charge of its recruitment processes. This role is instrumental in shaping and streamlining the company's talent acquisition strategy, focusing on operational and sales hiring, while ensuring a seamless and proactive recruitment experience. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead efforts to build effective processes, deliver quality candidates, and contribute directly to our clients growth and success.

Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities:

• Drive recruitment for 5+ priority roles, focusing on operational and sales functions
• Build and implement robust talent acquisition processes, including intake protocols and interview guides
• Optimize the use of recruitment resources such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Greenhouse (currently being integrated)
• Transition from reactive to proactive recruitment strategies, emphasizing quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business goals
• Meet onsite with managers at the Denver Tech Center to strengthen partnerships
• Streamline vendor partnerships to focus on key providers for consistent hiring support
• Mentor and develop the existing recruiting team member to enhance overall effectiveness

Talent Acquisition Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting management, or a similar leadership role, ideally in a mid-sized organization
• Expertise in operational and sales-focused recruiting
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable recruitment strategies and processes from the ground up
• Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or ADP is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
