Key Responsibilities
• Leverage market expertise and conduct asset, development, and portfolio reviews to recommend initiatives to meet individual project goals and objectives.
• Assist in preparing models, investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management to relay project status and financial conditions of projects.
• Assist in due diligence efforts, including property inspections, and coordination with internal and external partners involved in development, asset management, and acquisitions.
• Monitor and track the performance of existing real estate investments, identifying areas for cost savings, optimization and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate real estate strategies to stakeholders through written and verbal presentations
Desired Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment banking, financial analysis, or a Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software/tools.
• Knowledge of real estate industry dynamics, market fundamentals, and investment strategies. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
