Product Manager (First PM Hire)

Basic Requirements:

• Educational Background: We value the quality of your work and the thoughtfulness of your efforts.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in product management.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to understand, align, drive, and deliver.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in various design tools such as Figma.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software infrastructures. While engineering experience is not required, a foundational knowledge will be beneficial in collaborating with engineering teams.
• Customer Focus: Experience in working with customers or conducting customer research with a focus on deliverables and results.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a talent for aligning teams and prioritizing key initiatives.
• Work Environment: Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Location: This position is based in San Francisco and requires hybrid in-person collaboration.
