CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a reputable client based in Scottsdale, Arizona . As a key member of the HR and People Team, you will play a vital role in supporting corporate and community teams. Your focus will be on employee relations, optimizing benefits programs, talent acquisition, and fostering a positive work culture. Employment Type: Full-time / Direct Hire

Schedule: M-F during core business hours

Location: Scottsdale, AZ – Onsite

Salary: $80-90K/YR



Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee retention, job satisfaction, and morale.
  • Oversee the performance review process and ensure employee benefits programs align with company goals.
  • Coach and counsel management on HR policies and employment laws to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Foster open communication to promote employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Manage and update content on the Employee Resources intranet pages.
  • Collaborate on talent acquisition strategies and compensation planning.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (PHR or SPHR certification preferred).
  • At least 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2-3 years in a business partner role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
