Employment Type: Full-time / Direct Hire
Schedule: M-F during core business hours
Location: Scottsdale, AZ – Onsite
Salary: $80-90K/YR
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee retention, job satisfaction, and morale.
- Oversee the performance review process and ensure employee benefits programs align with company goals.
- Coach and counsel management on HR policies and employment laws to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Foster open communication to promote employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Manage and update content on the Employee Resources intranet pages.
- Collaborate on talent acquisition strategies and compensation planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (PHR or SPHR certification preferred).
- At least 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2-3 years in a business partner role.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
